Home Walk Through Consultation (Pre-Inspection):

With a home walk through consultation, the home inspector will walk through the home with you providing a quick evaluation of the home and its components. ( please note this is not a full home inspection) The pre-inspection is ideal for those looking at many houses, but do not have the time to get each house fully inspected. This is a great option for those who want to act fast in this busy market!
